Programs & Activities

The cornerstone program offered at the Queen Creek Branch is the Power Hour: Making Minutes Count homework completion program. This program is mandatory for all members Monday through Thursday and optional on Friday. Through spring break, the Queen Creek Branch is offering the following programs:

Chess Club
Sports: Basketball skills clinics
Drum Lessons (extra fee of $10 require to participate – limited to 8 members)
Dance Class – learn basic steps and choreography from a variety of dance styles
Torch Club
Art Club
Special Initiatives – Spelling Bee, Games Room Tournament, Quiz Bowl team

The Queen Creek Branch also has access to a Mobile Technology Lab that splits its time between the Queen Creek Branch and the North Tempe Branch. Members are able to learn about how to use technology safely, in addition to learning a range of technology-related skills. See the Mobile Technology Lab calendar for the dates the Lab will be in Queen Creek.
